PEOPLE

Sriram Rajagopalan, Founder of Moonstone Cloud Solutions, is a seasoned, pragmatic, results-oriented leader with nearly three decades of experience building global software products and cloud-based solutions at a Fortune 50 software company. He has a wealth of experience building successful global B2C and B2B products. He has built global cloud platforms & SaaS products, global E-commerce marketplaces, Windows device platforms and applications, as well as enterprise solutions. Over the course of his career, Sriram has learned numerous lessons on building great products, both from his own mistakes and from other experts. In 2016, he founded Moonstone Cloud Solutions to utilize his passion and knowledge in this space to help other businesses build successful products.

Sriram has deep experience across all aspects of the software product development lifecycle, from product strategy & experience to platform design & system architecture as well as solution delivery & team leadership. He has successfully built and led large, cross-functional engineering teams. He has worked closely with a wide variety of external partners and executives at other global companies to ensure successful adoption of products.

Sriram has strong expertise in: User-centered design, Cloud services architecture & SOA, E-commerce technologies, Data analytics & BI, Connected device platforms, Continuous delivery engineering systems, and Agile methodologies. He’s constantly learning and staying abreast of the latest developments in the software industry such as Internet of Things (IoT), E-commerce, big data, artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR), and so forth.

Sriram has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, India.
